France Austin Miller and Yvonne Foster formed Red Sable Press and kicked off their publishing careers with Whiskey & Wisdom, a book of Irish Proverbs illustrated by 12 participating watercolorists. This publication established the company's goal of fostering artists and writers with a kind hand and attention to detail.
